1. Well i cant really answer that question because there is 60 barrels but i know were 2 are. once you get arrested you start at the police department. Turn right and go in between the police buildings. the cops will be on you tail however. keep on going until you spot the best buy. on the left side should be a sign that says parking, go up that ramp. when you are all the way up the ramp take another right and you will see the barrel by the big window. but be careful because if you go to fast the window will break and you will fall to the ground and damage your car. so while you are in the parking area and the cops are still after you just wait. do not do anything and the cops will go into the Police searching mode. another place were you can find barrels is at the santa monica Pier. the barrel is right under the Ferris wheel, however remember to be careful because the cops will be going after you because you are practically running people over. oh and just for fun you can go to the end of the pier and hang on the right side ( ocean behind you) and then just floor it. there is a ramp and you will go flying into the parking if you have a car and onto the highway if you have a bike.
