If Goldman Sachs or other funds are involved in the bidding up on oil, should they be jailed?

Can we swiftly make legislation to put this penalty into effect and jail these company officers? Harry K, I buy what I have to buy at the price that it is offerred to me. I don't bid up the price! I am forced to buy at this price!

1. With your logic, any consumer of fuel should be jailed. They are purchasing (bidding up) fuel at a higher price. I suggest you turn yourself in to the nearest police station.
