Belt Auction

i've been scammed from ebay auction. i 've reported to local police but it seems not working. any suggestion?

i'm in sydney.

1. That happened to me last year with a laptop. If you paid by paypal Ebay will handle it, but it takes a few months....
2. File a dispute through paypal if that is how you paid. They will investigate it. The cops wont do nothing.
3. Your local police department does not have any jurisdiction over ebay. You will have to seek recourse through the agency you used to pay for the item (assuming you have paid for the item/items).
