1. um no.. i don't know if yahoo will let you do that.. where's your home and what does the bidding start at ? ebay has auction homes.. maybe try there..
2. Yes, you can bid on homes up until the auction. If you pay enuf, they remove the house from the big public auction. I also went to the auction in person. The room was full and the properties got lots of bids. All my offers online were rejected as too low..
