Is This A Collectible Magazine?

While looking through my stuff, I found a framed issue of a 1999 September issue of Duelist Magazine. It is still in the original plastic inside the frame, and contains a foil-stamped pikachu card. I know Duelist Magazine has ceased publication since, and was wondering in anyone knows if it is worth anything today or any other information regarding it. Thanks.
