Are there any waist belts that are sold for just comfort?

I am looking to buy a waist belt that I can wear over my undershirt but under my regular clothing. I don't like the elastic waist belts because they are too hot and itchy. I am looking for something made of cloth, preferably cotton. I don't need it for back support or anything, just comfort . No, I just like the feeling of wearing one thats all.

1. Hollister has some shorts that come with cotton soft belts. They are super comfortable. Fully adjustable. i dont even wear the shorts anymore, I use the belts for anything.
2. Why do you want to wear a belt under ur regular clothing? for slimming effect?
