About buying stuff from Yahoo Japan Auction?

I would like to buy some official goods of those Japanese artistes, especially the First Press Release CDs and DVDs. But it's very hard for foreign customers to bid at that site because most of the sellers are not willing to ship the goods to international customers due to language barrier. So does anyone here know how to bid and buy stuff from Y! Japan Auction? And how reliable is this deputy service : ok!shon.com?
