Can Muslims wear Leather belts and Shoes?

I have heared that in Quran it is mentioned that we can use animal skin for clothing. My Quction is " Can Muslims wear Leather belts and Shoes ? " If your answer is we can but the animal should be halal? Then is there any shop in Mumbai who are selling Belts and Shoes of Halal animal.
