Where to buy cheapest Saiga 7.62x39 ?

I'm looking to buy Saiga .223 or 7.62X39 and I can see price ranging from $300 to $1000. Places with $300 are all sold out and I've no luck on auction sites like Gunbroker. So what are my options ? Where can I get it for best price ? Thanks in advance
