what dose TLC mean when they say it on a real estate?

so i saw a good house on windermere but it said it need a little TLC but what is TLC thanks

5. It needs work. Many Realtors use this term loosely, it may need a lot of work or may not be financable.
6. RUN!!!! No really, it can mean many different things depending on the listing agent. I don't put TLC on my listings, too vague. It's kinda like putting "handyman special" their version of handy or mine??
