What will happen to share price of satyam after bidding and everything is done?

What will happen to share price of satyam after bidding and everything is done. What is an open offer...i have 1300@40 Rs. Any idea whether it can reach 70-75 in coming days (say a month).

1. As market is going downwards so u will not get 70-75 within a month.but if you keep it a little more days then it will go upwards (after june).and it will cross 150 in long-term basis.(6-8 months)
