girls, did I do something wrong to her?

There's this girl that I'm partially interested in. We talk and stuff at school, never out of school (except online) Today I went to a warehouse thing with Japanese collectibles (we're both japanese washed bastards) and somebody tapped my shoulder from behind. It was her and she said hi. (she was with her younger brother and I was by myself) We had that "What are you doing here" look on our faces because we never saw each other outside the school environment. She said "What are you doing here... are you stalking me?" or something like that. Not offensively though, I think playfully cause I'm we flirt often. We had so much tension between us that we both had to shyly say goodbye and try not to bump into each other. By the time I brought up the courage to talk to her, she was gone. Again, this is our first "out of school" enounter. I thought she was probably shy, and that's why she left. AND... she was the one to approach me (if she wasn't interested in me, she'd probably just go "Hey... it's THAT guy" to herself instead of going up to me) Or maybe I'm kidding myself? (_ _) don't know what to say when we see each other at school THE FUNNY THING WAS. I was planning to ask her that week if she knew what the warehouse was and if she wanted to go. WE BOTH WEREN'T PREPARED TO SEE EACH OTHER.

  1. she is probbably shy around u
  2. she's intersted in you. a person will not take the time and do that if they weren't
  3. wtf
  4. She thinks of you as a friend at least, beyond that, I'm not sure but if I had to guess I would say her feelings end there.
  5. my question is what could you have done wrong. I don't think you did. anyway, yeah. Can you answer mine please: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Annz02zutaLcum_xhZzMgjbsy6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20090318155729AAiTNHy
  6. I don't think you did anything wrong. She probably just wanted to say hi and was probably embarrassed that she was with her family. Maybe you can ask if she'd like to meet you there another time away from your families. It sounds like you already have a lot in common so it should be easy to make conversation while in that store. If she didn't like you, even as a friend, she wouldn't have said "hi" to you. At the very least she thinks of you as a friend so that's a good starting point. Good luck!
  7. You didnt do anything wrong. Next time you see her outside of school talk to her like you do in school. If your more open she will become less shy.
