Are there any freelance sites that don't limit the amount of bids that you can place and that are free to join and have and have reasonable amounts of work that are not scams?

You can check http://www.scriptlance.com/?ref=ilyesoft It's free to register, to bid, to get work and to start :) But only %5 when you ae choosen for a job ( This is fine because you will pay fee only when you get work, and it's small) This is not like http://www.getafreelancer.com when bids are limited ( but also small fee when choosen) nor like http://www.elance.com/ where limited and paid bid. You bid only when you pay for every bid ! in http://www.scriptlance.com/?ref=ilyesoft is also very easy to get good paid job because of many projects there in many domains !
