1. oloap, I found a review of several auto auction and government seized sites. http://www.autoadviceonline.com/Government-Seized-Auto-Auctions.html These sites probabaly have a FAQ page to help you. However they cost a small fee to join, but I couldn't find any free resources online. Since the vehicles are always being sold, your annual fee is probably used to keep the site up to date.
