What does "OG&M" stand for in regards to land and real estate listings?

2. Oklahoma based term Oil, gas and minerals in some states, those items belong to the state, in others,the prop buyer. in some cases, of course, a seller of prop may covertly be hiding a clause in the sale that states his OG and M do not go with the sale of the prop.
