Up to the minute real estate website?

It seems as though all the websites I go to for real estate listings (trulia, zillow, yahoo) are about a month behind the curve...the houses I want are usually sold. Is there a more up to date sight I could use?

1. Realtor.com. Good luck!
2. realtor.com is the most updated, and has the most listings since they pull from the MLS.
3. Try to find a website which can give you local MLS access. Some sites will allow you to enter without giving any personal information.
