Will Yahoo buy my house for the price advertised on Yahoo real estate?

why does yahoo real estate list my house for twice what its worth according to an independent assessor, Will you give me the price you quote to the public, YAHOO?

1. If they say yes, let me know...I will sell them mine also.
2. Yahoo's not in the business of buying real estate.
3. I am having the same problem with my county assessor, ....even after the negotiated price, so ridiculous !
