Do you need a license to sell Real Estate? Say I have a Advertising Company Advertising Real Estate.?

I have an Advertising Company, advertising Real Estate, Vehicles for sale, Art amongst other Adverts. Do I need a license to Advertise like Century 21 and CaldWell Bankers where I can put up a sign at houses and land? My Advertising Business is already registered and licensed but do I need a Real Estate License?

4. Ricky Campbell : I think you need a license to sell Real Estate. Now if you was selling your own private Real Estate for your own gain. Then you would not need a real Estate license. But selling other peoples property for your own gain... would require a real Estate License.
