International Bidding On Ebay. Is there something i have to do so i can have bidders from other countries?

I am selling stuff on ebay and someone from the UK wants to bid. She says that i need to configure it for her. HELP

1. First, familiarize yourself with international selling. Go to Site Map and look under Selling Resources for Selling Internationally. It will tell you how to prepare, how to list, how to receive payments, and how to ship. If you don't want to sell to all countries, you can choose the ones you do want. Then go to My eBay, click the Account tab. Click on Site Preferences on the left, then choose Buyer Requirements. Edit that to choose to block bidders "registered in countries to which I don't ship." For this particular listing, try Revise on the listing and go to the shipping area. Under International Shipping, use the drop-down menu to choose whether you will have a flat rate or calculated shipping. Once you click that, you can choose where you ship. Good luck!
