What is the best way to find open house available for the next weekend? Specifically in Denver, CO?

And no I don't want to deal with slimy real estate agents. I don't think they are worth their cost. I know how to value a house (all they give you are comps, zillow.com can do that) and I can write and real estate contracts. Real Estate Agents = Used Car Salesman, and I will be glad when they go the way of the dinosaur. Remember stock brokers, don't see them around anymore

  1. On the buying side, I would highly recommend using an agent to find you a house. As a buyer's agent, they represent you in the sale, and negotiate on your behalf for the best price and terms. Agents only cost the seller money, not the buyer. An agent will have listings of open houses at the office.
  2. Any open house you visit is going to have an agent on site. LOL Check the Denver Sat/Sun paper for open houses.
