Belt Auction

Is there a way to block people who live outside the US to bid on your auctions on Ebay?

I have all kinds of hassles trying to get paid and then ship stuff to Canada and beyond so I stopped allowing it in my auctions, clearly stating "US only," yet I'm still getting buffoons who apparently can't read. I do not know how to block them, I have to send the item to this moron now or he'll leave bad feedback. Is there any way to literally block anyone whose registered Ebay address is not in the US? (please, I'm NOT looking for guesses, I can guess myself - just power users on Ebay who actually know - thank you!) Creative: Thanks!!!

  1. yes you can.. I did that myself since I got tired of those phoney buyers. In My eBay, under My Account, click "Preferences." In the Seller Preference section, click "Edit". A Buyer Requirements page should open. Under the requirement, you can block people who are registered in countries to which you don't want to ship to, have negative feedback, and etc...... If you want to block particular person. You can also go to ebay and click on Help. Under, "Selling & seller fees," click on "Managing your selling activity," and under "solve a problem" click on "I want to keep a certain buyer from bidding on my listing." I am not sure if I missed anything, but you can also go to Ebay, click on Help and type in "Selecting buyer requirements" in the search box for more detail.Hope this helps.
