Has anyone attended a US Home Auction?

They are coming to Orlando, FL in 2 weeks...I found a home I want, but the starting bid is only $40,000. If no one challenges me, will I really get this home for that?

1. No, the bank has a reserve bid in place. You will have to bid higher then the reserve. The reserve will be 60-90% of FMV.
