- Probably not. My cousin got disabled for shill bidding and all bids were canceled.
- You will need to prove to ebay that you were not shill bidding. Why did they say that you were shill bidding? What proof did they have? You should ask them. Maybe someone else was bidding from your computer or email address? If you can clear your account with ebay, then you can get paid. Did you already send the item, or were you waiting for the money? If you still have it, then you can try to sell it through craigslist.
- No you will not get paid. Shill bidding by definition is when you artificially drive up a price of an auction. Common ways of doing it includes having your friends, co-workers, or family bid on your items in order to drive up the price. Another common way is creating another e-bay account and doing it that way. The result is that the person paid more than what they normally had to have paid if the activity did not occur. Ebay frowns heavily on the practice as it damages their reputation and buyers loose confidence in Ebay.
