Yahoo Auctions Japan?

Hello, Since I am from America (foreign country), yahoo wallet Japan says that it won't let me register my credit or debit card even though they are both mastercard and visa. Does anyone know if yahoo auction lets you pay one time with an American credit card when the auction ends? Visa is supposed to be universal...so im confused. Can I not buy from yahoo japan auctions even though I have an address there?

2. Most of the sellers on Yahoo Auctions are unable or unwilling to even ship overseas, let alone accept foreign credit cards. Besides, just because a credit card is supposed to be universal doesn't mean every shop is set up to accept it. If you want to shop through Yahoo Auctions, you should register with a shopping service like Celga, Crescent Shop, or Rinkya -- someplace that deals with shopping in Japan and will palce bids for you through Yahoo Auctions -- and shop like that.
