Anything like Girlsense for adults?

I know it's a shot in the dark because my own searches have been empty. On Girlsense, you can design clothing and sell them (for virtual money, not real) in a customized boutique. There are also auctions, and it's social as you can form groups and meet people. But it's so censored! Anything like that at ALL for adults? There are way too many of age 8-14 on Girlsense, I feel really out of place. I do have The Sims 2: Open for Business. I was hoping for something online with other people. :)
