Real Estate application...what should I write?

My mom is applying for Remax to work as a real estate agent. I understand they get 100\s of applications each month, so how can she stand out? Any help will be appreciated. thanks.

1. This is 100% commission job and she pays Re/MAX the fees. She stands a good chance. they are not receiving that many applications these days.
2. if she wants to be a Realtor, surely she can do the resume' herself. Maybe she should attach a professional photo of herself to the application. That might help stand out.
