Automated e-mail for new real estate listings?

I am a real estate agent and one of my clients is a buyer investor. He asked me if there was any tool I could use that would automatically e-mail any new listings in his price range to him. I have to admit, this seems like it could save me some time instead of just checking the MLS for him each day. I am not sure if this exists. Anyone able to point me in the right direction?

1. Certainly. Realcomp or whatever listing service you use has a tool to do so. Call them.
