is it possible to edit or remove my item from ebay bidding?

hello, i put this item upon ebay to sell but i found out i have to start as a bidder first. i want $400 for the item but i thought i'd start the bid at .99cents, but it seems everybody is bidding 99c for it and after 7 days i have to sell it or that. is there anyway i can change the bid price or remove the posting?please help
