Belt Auction

Has anyone had experience buying a car from Columbus Fair Auto Auction or Columbus Police Auction?

I'm in Columbus, Ohio for now and trying to buy a car. I want to know where I will get the best deal for my money. I don't know if I should go to the regular auto auction or the columbus police auction. Has anyone had any experience with either?

1. I don't live near Columbus but I've attended auctions and I know you have to know your cars and prices before you go or you'll end up paying too much. Police impound auctions actually give you a better chance of getting a good deal because there aren't so many car dealers there bidding against you.
