I am not to car savy. Can you explain this to me?

My husband and I found a great deal for a car. We went to go see it and it sounds like a great deal.( And yes, I do totally trust the place were getting it from.) Although, they were tuning it up and still building it when we got there. They promised us itd be running and ready to go on Friday. Until then I was looking over the invoice they gave us of all the parts they bought. I don't know much about cars, do these parts make for a good car? Imma just type them here and please let me know what were getting into with this new car. Can anyone on yahoo dishipher all this? I just dont know what all this means. Ive ALREADY POSTED THIS QUESTION ONCE and I ONLY GOT RESPONSES on a question I DIDNT ASK. My question is this a fast car? A decent car? A good bulid? Are they good brands and parts? Not whether I should get it or not. I would really like a good awnser, thank you in advance.

1. Itr appears that they are rebuilding the stock engine into a racing engine.
2. All the internals sound good, a lot depends on the builder and tuner.
3. The engine has been rebuilt and hot rodded. If I explained all the things on the list it would leave you with your head spinning. The stock engine is good for about 150 horsepower. It's no telling how much more you should expect from that engine. All I can say is they better have beefed up the brakes.
4. Sorry, that's one of the LAST cars in the world I'd buy, seriously. I wouldn't want any part of it and it would take too long to explain it to you. Take my advice and don't buy that car.
5. The engine has had a complete overhaul with a lot of after-market parts. That's not a bad thing because most aftmrkt parts are better than stock. The most important thing is who put it together? The parts are "go-fast" parts but aren't worth crap if not installed right. Anyone can buy Hi-Per parts.Also consider that if its a "souped-up" car its been beat and abused. Check for general condition and tire wear. Floor condition and trunk care.One more thing,hot-rods don't last as long as factory rigs.This one is fast but will require more maintenance. The parts are quality and quite expensive. The main thing is who built the engine.
6. good parts for a racin car all these bits r to boost performance and i noticed a few brand name parts in there if its a car for racin youll be ok but the speed this will do you will probably kill youreself public roads arent built for ecessive speed or worse a toddler who wanders on the road when youre usin it as a race track is someones life worth it for a 20 second thrill i think not and no one on a public road needs or should use nitrus youll be lucky to get in the car with a head like youres buyin all that stuff and dont know wit youre buyin youre a mechanics best costumer someone who knows nothin about there car or cares just wants to be a boy racer THINK ABOUT WHAT YOURE DOIN THERES MORE TO LIFE THAN CARS I HOPE YOU DONT FIND OUT THE HARD WAY GOOD LUCK AND EASE OF THE THROTTLE PLEEEEEASE
