Can I offer a free newsletter in my ebay auction?

I sell some things on ebay and have a newsletter that I write weekly, I'm wondering if it is allowed on ebay to include a link in my auction to subscribe to it? In my newsletter I do offer a paid service, but I also offer free advice and tips and nobody has to buy anything if they do not want to.
