Is there anything I can do to make someone stop stalking me online.?

I have a business online. I regularly make contract bids online. I have someone (that I know personally) who for their own personal gossip is looking at the contracts I am bidding on. Is there any way I can have a restraining order of any kind put on their activities. This is stalking me and not respecting privacy.

1. I disagree. The person is looking at public bids. You have no privacy when you bid on a public contract, and the behavior is not stalking. If you want to be private, you can't be a public contractor. Sorry.
