I want to bid in online auctions, BUT I don't have time to sit in front of the computer. Any suggestions?
I have bid on sites like eBay and Swoopo, but it literally takes FOREVER to win an item and the clock never seems to expire. I don't really have a lot of time on my hands, so is there another site that perhaps follows a different auction format, or one where I don't have to be glued to the computer to win?

- dont bid
- BET ALOT at a time instead of little amounts
- what are you talking about? Neither site requires you to be online and ebay has a buy it now feature on so many items.
- You can usually set up email notifications, and have them sent to your phone. When something happens that you feel you need to act on, just go online.

- well try to get your kids or ur friends who have nothing 2 do 2 bid 4 u.
- I understand where you’re coming from since swoopo seems to be a contest of who can outlast the other users and it takes a long time. I found a site that just launched recently called bidsbull.us. It is rather popular in Europe and the “lowest unique bid” wins so you can technically place bids before the auction ends, go to sleep, and still find out the next day that you won. You also receive e-mail notifications if you are still in the running for the prize. I didn’t win when I played but I found it far easier (and pretty fun!) than bidding on a swoopo-type auction.
- I’m no expert on ebay but I agree with the guy above on bidsbull. Bidsbull is really easy (and I’m not just saying that because I won an Xbox 360 ;) You bid on the prizes and receive an e-mail letting you know if another person has bid that amount. So if you are the lowest unique bid you would get an e-mail letting you know and then if someone bids under you and becomes the new lowest unique you will also get an e-mail. You then get the opportunity to bid again and win. I know bidsbull is more strategy-focused than other sites so if you enjoy the challenge of trying to undercut others in bidding it’s a nice surprise.
- on ebay ,you may put into the highest price you are willing to pay , set "automatic bid"
