Belt Auction

I'm not sure which broker to go with. I am a new real estate agent and i'm not sure which broker to choose.?

I live on the south side of Indianapolis. Which brokerage would be the best choice for me? I've been to F.C. Tucker, Remax, Coldwell Banker, Carpenter, Keller Williams, Century 21, Red Oak real estate group, 1st Choice Real Estate group.

1. When you say you've been to all these real estate offices, did you interview the broker? You need to ask a lot of questions. As you interview each broker you can add questions to the list for the next broker. You should ask questions about commission split, training programs, desk or office fees, Realtor association fees, MLS fees, etc.
2. Try and find a brokerage that has a broker that is not to busy to spend time with you . Some of the larger brokerages have good sales pitches to get you in the door so you can start paying them fees but fall flat on the actual training. You will need help setting up your sales plan also in listing and closing your first deals. Once you get your system set up your on your way.
