Does anyone if you can sell wholesale clothing from the internet in a store?

im trying to look into running my own business selling designer clothing in my own store. I know that you can buy the clothing wholesale on the internet but most sites advertise reselling on ebay or auctions, im trying to figure out if you can sell them in a store.

1. Yes. The only catch is that you'd require a reseller's permit in addition to whatever other business licenses your B&M store already needs.
