Belt Auction

What should I start the bidding on a PSP for on eBay?

I am selling a PSP with 13 Games and 2 Movies on Ebay, and want to get the most out that I can. I don't know whether to risk starting it at $.99 and hope that it drives up, or to start the bidding at something like 80-100 dollars? I don't want to end up selling it really cheap.

  1. first you must have the social factor,or promotion of the product. The values, and attitudes the products people buy.And the most is how, where or when you will sell.
  2. If you start the bidding at 99 cents, this means that if someone bids 99 cents, and that's the only bid you get, then you must sell it for that price. Do a search on completed PSP auctions, use the lowest price that one sold for, and add in what you want to get for the movies and games. This will give you a good starting price. You should probably see what the games and movies are selling for, too. Many people vastly overestimate the amount they can get for older games.
  3. best is to split it into several different lots - chances are if try and sell all in one auction lot, you will lose a lot of money and whoever buys will get a tremendous bargain - and start each lot at $9.95 - put the game unit and 2-3 games in one lot and the rest in 2 other lots
  4. A search of completed items will give you an idea what you can expect to get. If they are a popular selling item you can start at .99 and it should get plenty of bids. Bottom line is you'll get what someone is willing to pay. Take crisp pictures & have an accurate description.
