Is this Elvis Presley concert ticket I have real? If so, how much is it worth?

I welcome anyone with knowledge of Elvis Presley collectibles or anyone who is a Elvis fan. He was a great Singer/Actor. Anyway i have here a concert ticket that I was hoping you could tell me if it is real or not. i bought it off of eBay. it was sent to me displayed in a screw tight acrylic case like what they use on sport cards. The concert date was for may 30th 1977 at the Asheville Civic Center in NC it is a balcony seat section: 216 Row: A Seat: 11 the background is pinkish colored with white i do see a perforated tear off line above where each ticket is cut. it also has round logos on the back, and the words: quick tick but what makes me suspicious (minded), no pun intended, is the condition of it. it's too perfect looking almost like new condition! can anyone help? I need to know if it is real and also the value if real in today's market. thank you all in advance....... Krazy K

2. Keep it. Personally no-one now really thinks about elvis, its all about Michael Jackson, because he's passed recently and was a big star like elvis himself, so people are getting money of Michael (which i disagree of) via ebay and stuff, if you search elvis, not much comes up
