Big boobs, small dress top, how to make it work?

Ok, so I have my prom dress, it's gorgeous, i love it, and it's the one i want to wear, but here's the thing: it's not big enough on top. I got the dress off of ebay, but because the auction was a single dress in a single size, i had to get it a size smaller than i was. I figured this was fine because it was the best dress on there, it was really cheap, really cute, new, and that since i was losing weight anyway, it would fit by prom time no problem. I've lost plenty of weight by then, but the top still won't fit, which is leading me to believe that my boobs are just a bit too big. I can get it zipped up the the boob part, but i need it to zip up all the way, u know? i don't think double boob will be a problem, since my boobs are kind of compressionable and i'm pretty sure i can squeeze them in with some effort. I was thinking of using ace bandages, at least just to get it on and zipped? Anyone have any other ideas? I haven't tried this yet since i don't have ace bandages with me, and i don't want to be SOL if i try it prom night and it doesn't work. A new dress is basically out of the question since 1) since my parents were reluctant to get me this one in the first place, i would need to get one with my own money (under 75 dollars) and i can't get it off ebay because it wouldn't get here in time, and i already told my date that my dress is silver, so he's already matched his tux and the flowers and everything to it, so any dress i could possibly get would have to be silver also. And i'd really prefer to wear the dress i already have, anyway. Any good ideas would be *AMAZINGLY* apprieciated. Thanks :)

1. Get it altered, it shouldn't cost that much at your local mall or something. The people at the altering place will measure your bust size and make the dress fit you. It'll also be quick-maybe a day or two if you're lucky! Good luck and have fun at prom!!!
2. I am well endowed as well...i would try two strapless bras. i would also see if you can't get a body shaper of some sort, a bustier of sort. BRING THE DRESS WITH YOU to try on the bras and bustier.
3. There are special bras designed to flatten boobs dwn a couple of cup sizes and they are meant for women who have big boobs, so try looking for a bra like that. Good Luck!
4. do not get it altered, find a bra that will barely let you fit in that dress and go with it.
