Where can I get this ebay bidding tool?

A long time ago, I read an article about a new tool for bidding on ebay. It allowed you to input the item you wanted and how much you were willing to spend, and then it sniped items that met those criteria, until it won. I have been searching high and low, but can't seem to find it. Do you know what I am looking for? If not, do you know of something similar?

1. There are lots of sniping websites. I use goofbay (think it's dot com-try both)
2. What you are looking for is a service provided by just snipe. They allow you to input the data you want from the auction you are looking at and when its just a few seconds left! it bids for you allowing you to do things you like instead of hanging around the computer to see if you have won The eBay Guy
