How Can I Make My Gucci Belt Longer?

My dad cut my Gucci Belt to short, is it possible to fix this? I still have the cut piece in my room at the moment. What should I do? My dad is one of those people who rush to do things. So he usually does it wrong or something.

1. you can try sewing it back together.. or just return it :P lol
2. you could sew it using dyed leather string and glue the end pieces together with super glue but the string hole will show somewhat.
3. Why why why. Try super glue. Or staples.
