What are a few reasons why we shouldnt have to wear seat belts?

I have to debate why we shouldnt have to wear seatbelts against my opponent who says why we should. But my opponent has had more time to gather their information since i am new to the debate class and shes had the assignment for a while now. Can i get some help on reasons why we shouldnt be forced to wear seat belts?

1. Because motorcycles are legal. It's pretty foolish that a motorcycle cop can give you a ticket for not wearing a seatbelt.
2. Maybe you could take the "slippery slope" argument. This is an attempt by the "nanny state" to force intelligent adults to do something they may decide they don't want to do. Where does this stop? What will be the next thing they decide is good (or bad) for us, if we allow this to go unchallenged? Just a thought. Personally, I think if someone wants to drive without seatbelts then require them to sign organ donor cards and let them have at it. We might as well have them contribute to society in some way...
3. Because I have heard of no known incident where anyone was hurt by a flying body, and sometimes people die BECAUSE they are trapped in a car by seatbelts. Regardless, government is not our parent and we don't want it to be.
4. the only reason I can think of is so we can get more organs for donation.
5. 1) As mentioned before, we don't want a nanny state. This is the land of the free. Its a victimless crime. I would also concede the point that perhaps if a minor is in the car, then the driver should be responsible for making sure they wear a seat belt. 2) In very few scenarios, not wearing a seat belt can be life saving. For instance, if side-swiped on the driver's side with great force, then the car gets hit by the car directly. Minus the seat belt, you get thrown across and slam into the passenger side of your car, which is safer. This happened to my mother. However, concede the point that this is a rare case scenario. You can also point out the fact that people who have been in an accident like my mother was can sometimes gain a fear of wearing a seat belt. My mom only wears it when there is a cop around. Also, conceding points is important, so if a point is valid, give it up. that's the best thing you can learn for debating.
