who does property bidding in the Philippines?

I have a property in Manila left to me by my grandparents. It's supposedly worth 30 million but i think i may be able to sell it for a much better price if i put it on bidding. It is a 1250 square meter commercial lot in Quezon City, 15 minutes away from SM Fairview and all that good stuff from Fairview and 5 minutes away from the market.

1. There are realtors in PI just like the states. The hard part will be finding one that's not going to scam you. You should probably go there in-person to oversee the sale. 30 million PHP is like $625,000. Just be careful of which realtor you trust, be sure to verify credentials and oversee it in-person.
