What is going to happen in regards to this transaction?

Last month, I sold a man a 32 GB IPod touch on Overstock.com auctions. He paid 200 dollars to PayPal and I did not have tracking info. Now he is threatening to call my local police and file charges. I know he got it. Now my PayPal account is negative and there is no fund available for refund. What will happen now? Thank you.

1. Police will not charge you with any crime. This is a civil matter, not a criminal matter, and the police have no jurisdiction in civil matters. Only judges have jurisdiction in civil matters - that means he has to sue you and take you to court.
2. Without tracking information on the package, you can't prove that it was delivered or that he received it. Unfortunately, this probably means that you're screwed out of $200. Did paypal pull the money from your bank account?
3. you can have the ISB traced to see if he has used it.
