2. Go on a website of an American STORE and check.
3. Too much. Look on bestbuy.com and apple.com if you don't believe me.
4. You apple.com and see. They cost the same amount on apple.com, that they do in the apple store.

6. Typically you'll not get them much cheaper than about $800, and they can climb up towards $3,000 if you get say a 17" MacBook Pro fully loaded. Places to look for deals though are the Apple Store Refurbished Store, macconnection.com, amazon.com, and macmall.com
