how do i get automatic bidding on ebay?

i want to win an auction on ebay and it ends tomorrow at the same time i have work. i want to get automatic bidding so i dont have to worry about it while im at work tomorrow. can someone please explain to me what im supposed to do to get automatic bidding? is there some type of button i have to push? do i have to sign up? I dont know what to do! do i put it in the white box next to the "place bid" box or do i click the "increase maximum bid" button then put my amount

1. Just bid the highest amount you're willing to spend on the item. The eBay system will automatically keep bidding up if anyone bids higher than you, until your bid reaches the maximum you want to bid. You will never have to pay more than the minimum it takes for you to be the highest bidder.
