Can I sell tickets on ebay if the bidding exceeds the face value of the ticket in Michigan?

Im trying to sell my tigers playoff tickets on ebay and I know there used to be a rule where once the bidding would exceed the face value of the tickets,the auction would end automatically because of the State law. I noticed alot of people selling tickets on there and was wondering if it was still the case.

1. Michigan's anti-scalping laws prohibit selling a ticket for more than face value. It should end when you hit face. If not, like anything on ebay, you are in the end responsible if you break the law.
