Can I cancel my item on ebay while the bidding is still going?

I'm selling an item on Ebay and it only has 3 hours left of bidding and I decided I don't want to sell it anymore. Can I cancel it? If so, How do I cancel it? Please help!

1. You still have to pay E-bay and anyone who bid will be very upset.
