I am a photographer and have been asked to submit a bid for a construction project. Do I just send in my fees?

The proposal is filled with the specifics of the job, so should I send in a very detailed list of my fees or just a total? This is my first one and I need some assistance.

1. If the bid is to be for the whole job then just one price for the total. If there is a possibility that they may decide not to part of the project or may pick and choose what they want then the detailed pricing would be better with a total.
