Need help with finding out info for Construction Management?

I am a union carpenter and I am interested in also trying to advance in the union by taking construction management courses and try to get a degree. By doing this would I have a chance to run the job site, make bids, and other various things that a business contractor would do? Also I am trying to find an online college, because I have no time to take campus classes cause of working most of the time. Can someone please try to help me out? Thanks.
