There's a few different recruitment software packages. My school used ICS. It's an algorithm, I don't really know the specifics, but it just mimics what used to be done by hand, but much faster and it allows for the release figure method to work more effectively, since it has up to date numbers rather then estimates. It also works with a quota range that allows the maximum amount of girls to be placed, while allowing the maximum amount of chapters to meet quota. I don't think an individual can buy the software online, and it would be ridiculously expensive. It was around $1,000 from the chapters and I don't know how much the school threw in with it. The security systems around it are really intense and the information is saved on a ton of different servers in different places so should the stuff at the school go down there's backups. I'm sure they have plenty of info on their site.
